We’re saving our client time & money with report automation
Working closely within the construction industry, zbrella has identified that inspection reports of any kind generally take longer to generate than they should be taking. Delays like this lead to wasted hours, labor, and money on manual documentation, and delegate time and attention to menial tasks.
One of our clients was wasting three to four hours on sizing and adding notes to their photo inspection reports. That was three and four hours’ worth of billable time and labor spent solely on generating one report per one project.
To combat this, we developed and wrote a single piece of software that automated the report formatting, sizing, and layout. By implementing this technology, zbrella was able to afford our client the luxury of time. Our report automation software cut the time they were spending on photo inspection reports by two and a half hours. Now, our client generates over 16 reports a day with just one worker.
We effectively took a process that consumed three to four hours of our client’s time and condensed that down to one hour. Via report automation technology, zbrella successfully reduced time, labor, and money wasted by automating just one process, and in turn, allowed our client to bill quadruple of what they previously were able to.
